DocuCar respects your privacy. We collect only what's needed to generate and deliver your Bill of Sale — nothing more.

Information We Collect

When you purchase a Bill of Sale through DocuCar, we collect the following:

• Vehicle information — year, make, model, VIN, odometer, title status, and other details you provide on the form
• Seller and buyer information — full legal names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses entered during the document creation process
• Transaction information — sale price, date of sale, and payment confirmation
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. DocuCar does not store your card number or CVV

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Generate and deliver your Bill of Sale PDF
• Send a copy to your email address
• Process your payment through Stripe

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and never pass through DocuCar's servers. DocuCar does not store payment card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes.

Data Retention

We retain your session data (form entries and document content) for a limited period following your purchase. Payment records are retained in accordance with Stripe's data retention policy and applicable financial regulations. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at docucar@polsia.app.

Cookies and Analytics

DocuCar uses minimal cookies necessary for the document creation session to function. We may use basic analytics to understand site usage — no personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of non-essential data processing
